About the role
RiskLoom, a crypto market intelligence firm, is looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator to work directly with the founder. The position supports outbound lead‑generation activities, manages daily operational workflows and ensures smooth coordination across sales and marketing efforts. Remote work is possible, with a preference for candidates based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily business development outreach workflow and track follow‑ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule demos and maintain demo pipelines.
- Oversee freelancer task completion and ensure timely delivery.
- Publish approved content on X, LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Maintain operational organization across sales activities to prevent missed leads or conversations.
- Handle general operational coordination and enforce accountability among team members.
Required profile
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple moving parts daily.
- Proactive communicator comfortable chasing people and enforcing deadlines.
- Excellent written English.
- Familiarity with the crypto sector is a plus but not mandatory.
