Personal Banking Advisor

About the role

Emirates Islamic seeks a dynamic Personal Banking Advisor to join its Retail Banking team, focusing on acquiring and deepening customer relationships through tailored Shariah‑compliant financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and promote the bank's range of products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive engagement and regular follow‑ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, including accounts, deposits, cards, financing, and wealth products.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets aligned with business objectives.
• Generate leads via referrals, prospecting, and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or relationship management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Understanding of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Strong sales and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems.
