About the role

Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical Ingredients Specialist to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on expanding the company’s international business by developing opportunities and managing relationships within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and natural ingredients markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities related to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and international customers.
• Support activities involving botanical extracts, natural ingredients and functional compounds.
• Coordinate communications with clients, distributors and industry partners.
• Prepare product presentations, technical information packages and commercial materials.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors.
• Assist in the organization and participation in international exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Strong interest in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and natural ingredients sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional, organized working approach and ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, ingredients, life sciences, healthcare or food ingredients is appreciated.
• Knowledge of botanical extracts, functional ingredients or pharmaceutical raw materials is advantageous.
