Pilates & Fitness Coach

About the role

The Pilates & Fitness Coach will assess members' current fitness levels and design personalized exercise programs. You will create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests while promoting proper use of fitness equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate individual exercise programs and fitness levels to develop tailored workout plans.
• Provide guidance on correct equipment usage and exercise techniques.
• Register, schedule, and inform guests about recreation activities.
• Monitor equipment condition, report maintenance needs, and ensure a well‑stocked recreation area.
• Uphold facility rules, safety standards, and a fun atmosphere for all guests.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Handle guest interactions professionally, including welcoming, assisting individuals with disabilities, and processing payments for rentals and services.
• Maintain personal appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience (entry‑level).
• No supervisory experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
