Pipe Fabricator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Pipe Fabricator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves preparing and assembling piping components according to technical specifications while ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret piping isometric drawings, fabrication sketches, and technical specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, bevel, and prepare pipes and fittings for fabrication.
• Perform accurate fit‑up and alignment of pipe spools, elbows, tees, reducers, and flanges.
• Assemble piping components according to approved fabrication drawings.
• Operate or assist with pipe‑cutting, grinding, and beveling equipment.
• Verify dimensions, orientation, and alignment using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and quality inspectors during fabrication.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of preparing and assembling piping components.
• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and fabrication sketches.
• Experience with cutting, beveling, fit‑up and alignment of carbon steel and stainless steel piping.
• Familiarity with industrial piping fabrication procedures and dimensional tolerances.
