Pizza Chef – Luxury Beach Club

About the role

The Pizza Chef will craft high‑quality artisan pizzas and Italian‑inspired baked dishes for a luxury beach club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a premium hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of artisanal pizzas using traditional and modern techniques.
• Manage the full pizza‑making process: dough preparation, fermentation, portioning, stretching, topping, and baking.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all menu items.
• Monitor and operate wood‑fired, gas, or electric ovens to achieve optimal results.
• Assist in developing seasonal pizza menus and specialty offerings.
• Ensure fresh ingredients are properly stored and available for service.
• Uphold hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Control food costs by minimizing waste and managing portion sizes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team for events, VIP functions, and private dining.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred.
• 3‑5 years experience as a Pizza Chef in high‑end restaurants, luxury hotels, beach clubs, or upscale Italian concepts.
• Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, flour types, baking temperatures, and Italian culinary traditions.
• Experience with wood‑fired ovens highly desirable.
• Food Safety and HACCP certification preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
