About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Pizza Maker at a restaurant in Dubai. You will prepare and cook pizzas following the company’s standards while ensuring high quality, presentation, and a clean workspace. The role also includes direct interaction with customers to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and a variety of toppings such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
• Monitor pizza oven temperature and cooking times to achieve consistent results.
• Assemble, plate, or package pizzas according to company recipes.
• Manage food order slips and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Maintain inventory levels, place supply orders, and dispose of expired ingredients at shift end.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment before each use.

Required profile

• Previous experience preparing hand‑made, classic pizzas.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail for food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
