Plumber

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Plumber to join our hotel maintenance team in Sharjah. The role involves handling routine plumbing issues, performing minor repairs, and supporting overall facility upkeep while delivering courteous service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Unclog drains, plunge toilets, and repair leaky spigots and faucets.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching wall holes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Follow all company safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets and confidential information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Inspect tools and equipment visually and handle objects up to 50 lb independently, assisting with heavier items as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior plumbing experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
