PMO Support / Business Analyst – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

You will join a high‑profile digital transformation programme for a leading government entity in Dubai. The role combines programme management and business analysis to deliver strategic digital channel initiatives that improve citizen, resident and business interactions with government services.

Key responsibilities

• Support programme governance, planning and PMO activities across multiple digital initiatives.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies; prepare executive dashboards and performance reports.
• Coordinate stakeholders from various government entities to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements; map end‑to‑end customer journeys to identify pain points.
• Produce actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience and digital channel performance.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting and performance measurement.
• Maintain programme documentation, governance processes and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst or PMO Support within large digital transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance, programme reporting and project lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and produce high‑quality documentation.
• Experience mapping customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve digital services.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple business functions or government entities.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills; experience producing executive‑level presentations and dashboards.
