Pool Bar & Grill Manager

About the role

The Pool Bar & Grill Manager at Fairmont The Red Sea reports to the F&B Manager and oversees the daily operations of the outlet in a luxury resort setting. The role covers team leadership, guest service, compliance, budget support and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring consistent service delivery in line with operational standards.
• Lead, train, coach and schedule the outlet team, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, handling feedback and complaints professionally, and applying outlet standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, food safety, environmental standards and company policies.
• Monitor revenue, labour and food and beverage costs, inventory and other key indicators, and take corrective action.
• Manage inventory and procurement, minimize wastage and maintain product quality.
• Support outlet budgets, forecasts and financial targets, and report accurately to senior management.
• Work with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Stewarding and Engineering, and hold regular briefings and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and POS system usage, and identify efficiency and revenue improvement opportunities.
• Support sustainability initiatives and represent the resort professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in outlet management, food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
• Proven F&B leadership experience and demonstrated success in revenue management and cost optimization.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages preferred.
