Pool & Beach Manager – Luxury Hospitality in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Pool & Beach Manager to lead one of Dubai’s most exclusive beachfront venues. In this role you will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, high‑end experience across both pool and beach areas, supporting the resort’s luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pool and beach facilities, maintaining safety and service standards.
• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary service team to deliver consistent, premium guest service.
• Coordinate VIP experiences and special events, ensuring personalized attention.
• Monitor and uphold luxury presentation, cleanliness, and equipment standards.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and budgeting for pool and beach operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing pool or beach operations in luxury resorts or beach clubs.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Guest‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
