About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Pool & Beach Manager to lead one of Dubai’s most exclusive beachfront experiences. The role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on delivering premium guest experiences in a vibrant luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily pool and beach operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Lead and motivate service teams to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate VIP experiences and special events on the beach and pool areas.
- Maintain luxury standards and brand guidelines throughout the facility.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment related to pool and beach services.
Required profile
- Proven experience in luxury beach clubs or resort environments.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Guest‑focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
