Portals Listing Coordinator

About the role

Driven Properties is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Portals Listing Coordinator to join its real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The role manages all aspects of property listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency. It calls for strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage property listings in the CRM and dedicated portals
• Maintain and update property details, descriptions and photos
• Ensure listing documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements
• Coordinate photography, videography and virtual tours for new listings
• Track listing performance and provide reports to the team
• Support real estate agents with listing-related administrative tasks

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and ability to handle several tasks at once
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts and compliance requirements is a plus
