Portfolio Specialist, Centre of Revenue Intelligence, MEA APAC

About the role

Accor is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Portfolio Specialist to join its Centre of Revenue Intelligence, supporting the group's centralized revenue management function across the MEA APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, the role turns complex market, performance and system data into commercial insights, working closely with Portfolio Managers to drive pricing and revenue strategies, maintain data integrity and provide the reporting and analysis needed for informed decisions. The position is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse market intelligence to support revenue strategies across the portfolio.
• Monitor transient and group booking pace to identify trends and support pricing and inventory decisions.
• Maintain rate integrity across all distribution channels in line with global and MEA APAC pricing policies.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for Portfolio Managers.
• Analyse current and historical performance, market demand and competitive set data to find revenue opportunities.
• Monitor OTA, GDS and other market intelligence sources for actionable commercial insights.
• Prepare reports, meeting packs, RevMAX minutes and action plans, and follow up with hotels to ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Coordinate and follow up on system issues, support tickets and revenue management queries, acting as liaison between Portfolio Managers and RMS support teams.
• Manage revenue for one hotel as part of a structured learning experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, Data Science/Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical background with commercial acumen, ideally from a data analytics, commercial or revenue-related role.
• Prior experience in revenue management, pricing strategies and distribution within hospitality is highly advantageous.
• Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and at least one additional language (written and spoken), two additional languages preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, AI applications and big data analytics is highly regarded.
