Power BI & AI Solutions Architect

About the role

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a Power BI & AI Solutions Architect to drive data‑driven decision making across the enterprise. Reporting to the Director of Digital Innovation and Transformation, you will combine business intelligence, automation and AI expertise to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Automate data pipelines and business processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration of multiple data sources.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of AI/ML models for predictive analytics, quality control and supply‑chain optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs and translate business objectives into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior analysts and developers on best practices for visualization, automation and AI solution design.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and regulatory standards such as FDA and HIPAA.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve data accessibility, performance and user experience.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service and Power Query.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data‑modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with Python (or R) for data science and machine‑learning workflows.
• Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of FDA and HIPAA compliance.
