PR, Communications & Social Media Manager

About the role

NAFFCO Group is looking for an experienced, strategic and execution-driven PR, Communications and Social Media Manager to lead public relations, corporate communications and social media across the Group. The role covers annual communication planning, media relations, social media strategy and paid campaigns, and calls for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual PR and corporate communications strategy, including yearly communication calendars and quarterly and monthly plans, budgets and performance targets.
• Build relationships with local, regional and international media, prepare press releases, media statements, feature articles and interviews, and monitor media coverage and sentiment.
• Support crisis communication planning and coordinate with external PR agencies and media partners.
• Manage the annual social media strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other channels, working with designers, videographers and content creators.
• Plan, run and optimise paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) and prepare performance reports.
• Produce corporate materials such as leadership messages, speeches, announcements, newsletters and internal communications, and support executive visibility.
• Set KPIs, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, track media mentions and campaign results, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in PR, corporate communications and social media management.
• Demonstrated experience developing annual PR and social media plans and managing paid social campaigns and advertising budgets.
• Strong ownership, accountability and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
