PR Manager – Russian Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

Object 1, a contemporary real‑estate development company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced PR Manager who is fluent in Russian and English. You will help shape the brand’s public image and support the launch of new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and communications strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international media, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, media pitches, articles, interviews and other PR materials.
• Identify and secure relevant media opportunities for the company and its projects.
• Coordinate press events, interviews, launches and other PR activities.
• Develop PR campaigns to support new project launches and key company initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage, trends and industry news to identify opportunities and risks.
• Track PR performance and prepare regular media coverage and campaign reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PR Manager or Communications Manager, preferably in real‑estate, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
• Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape and established relationships with relevant outlets (advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive and confident personality with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market (advantage).
