About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Pre Owned Sales Consultant to join our Mercedes‑Benz team. You will represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, engaging with customers both in‑showroom and online to guide them through the buying journey for certified pre‑owned vehicles.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis, review customer data and deliver effective product demonstrations.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product management/development teams, communicating feedback and requirements.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports and progress updates against sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong networking relationships within the automotive industry to generate business opportunities.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities to support portfolio growth.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process while ensuring high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering efficient and professional service.
  • Ensure compliance with dealer standards, company policies and operational processes.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales consulting or business intelligence experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
  • Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.
  • Computer literate and fluent in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • High level of motivation, initiative and integrity.
  • Sales and client‑services background essential.
  • Valid driver’s license.
