Presales Engineer / Sales Engineer

About the role

Graviton Interiors is seeking a technically‑savvy Presales Engineer to support both pre‑ and post‑sales activities for its customers and channel partners in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between the sales team and the engineering department, ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements and are presented with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide intensive technical consulting to prospective customers and channel partners before and after sales.
• Participate in conference calls, customer visits, and on‑site meetings.
• Create technical designs, presentations, and detailed proposals.
• Address detailed product implementation questions, including storage and network architecture.
• Oversee the proposal process to guarantee alignment with customer needs.
• Support account management and investigate new solution areas for product extensions.
• Train customers on product usage and integration with their OSS.
• Design and run beta evaluations, handling bugs professionally.

Required profile

• Strong ability to deliver complete sales presentations independently.
• Willingness to travel, work odd hours, and remain highly available.
• Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
• Good local relationships with resellers and a solid understanding of service delivery.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of L2 and L3 networking, switching and routing.
• Experience with SAN and NAS networking.
• Cisco IOS familiarity and ability to interpret enterprise network topologies.
• Configuration skills on both Unix and Windows NT platforms.
• Scripting proficiency in Perl, Python, and VB.
• Understanding of next‑generation storage systems.
• CCNP or CCIE certification is a plus.
