Presales Engineer (Solution Engineer) – Dubai

About the role

Kurmi is seeking a Presales Engineer (Solution Engineer) to join its EMEA Revenue team in Dubai. In this customer‑facing position you will work closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to demonstrate how Kurmi’s Flow SaaS platform meets the needs of large enterprises using Unified Communications, collaboration and contact‑center solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Revenue team throughout the entire sales cycle on technical matters.
• Create and deliver technical presentations and product demos.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept (POC) projects to showcase software benefits.
• Prepare and manage tender responses and bid documentation.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support, product education and training for partners.
• Develop and nurture relationships with integrators, channel partners and customers.
• Represent Kurmi at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to continuously improve the solution.
• Assist post‑sales teams by delivering ongoing technical guidance and support.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Unified Communications, Collaboration or UCaaS.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical pre‑sales or solution engineering role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to articulate technical value to customers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Cisco solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of Zoom video‑conferencing technology.
• Understanding of Genesys contact‑center products.
