About the role
The Preservation Specialist Engineer will focus on the preservation of well‑head tower (WHT) subsea cable and piping systems for an offshore platform project. The position starts in Abu Dhabi, working from the client or contractor office, then moves to a fabrication yard and later to the offshore site on a rotating schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity and preservation of subsea cable and piping assets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate preservation activities between client, contractor and fabrication teams.
- Support offshore well‑head tower installations and modifications.
Required profile
- Minimum 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- At least 5 years of experience on ADNOC projects.
- Experience on mega FEED/EPC projects valued over US$1 billion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Required skills
- FEED EPC project execution.
- ADNOC project experience.
- Well head tower subsea cable and piping knowledge.
- Brownfield modification project expertise.
