Pricing Controller - Ancillary Fare Filing (ATPCO)

About the role

Etihad Airways is looking for a Pricing Controller focused on ancillary fare filing (ATPCO) in Abu Dhabi. The role supports revenue maximisation and market positioning by analysing competitor trends, implementing Etihad's ancillary pricing rules across distribution channels and leading ancillary implementation and coding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track competitors' revenue management and distribution strategies to spot opportunities and recommend timely corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all rules and ancillaries across distribution systems, and resolve channel conflicts through checks and validation.
• Lead cross-functional projects from a pricing and ancillary perspective, providing technical expertise to the Revenue Management and Ancillary departments.
• Manage workflows between Revenue Management teams so activities meet agreed SLAs.
• Support ancillary testing and checks across channels and tools, and benchmark data in revenue management systems and databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4 years of experience overall, with a minimum of 2-3 years in ancillary filing at ATPCO.

Required skills

• Fare and ancillary coding knowledge is mandatory.
• Knowledge of other systems is an advantage.
