Principal Marketing And Communications Specialist

About the role

The Principal Marketing and Communications Specialist will join CB&I’s global marketing function to accelerate growth across multiple regions. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the role supports business leaders in translating strategic priorities into effective marketing tactics and communication programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee tactical marketing and communication plans for CB&I’s international businesses in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia‑Pacific and Australia.
• Lead content creation for owned channels such as the corporate website, social media, video platforms and internal newsletters.
• Collaborate with US and UK marketing teams and regional business groups to launch digital and traditional campaigns, sales toolkits and customer communications.
• Drive regional sponsorship opportunities and manage participation in trade shows.
• Coordinate graphic design projects with overseas teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
• Provide communications support for regional HR recruiting initiatives and employee engagement programs, including town‑hall events.
• Oversee approval processes, liaising with subject‑matter experts, leadership and functional colleagues to ensure accuracy and timeliness of content.

Required profile

• Significant experience in marketing communications within the energy, industrial or related sectors.
• Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and impact.
• Proven track record of managing cross‑functional projects across multiple regions.
