Principal Multi‑System Integration Technical Execution Lead

About the role

The Principal Multi‑System Integration Technical Execution Lead will drive the design and delivery of Schneider Electric’s prefabricated modular data centre solutions across the MEA region. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to sales and customers, translating business requirements into validated, high‑value architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Support early sales stages by providing deep expertise on Schneider’s electrical, mechanical, structural and fire systems for data centres.
• Develop and customise Tested, Validated & Documented Architectures (TVDA) that meet customer specifications and regulatory constraints.
• Review customer RFQs, create compliance, deviation and exception lists, and translate them into technical proposals.
• Coordinate internally with business units, procurement, supply chain and quality to ensure successful tender execution.
• Present recommended solutions to customers, address technical questions and influence decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the data‑centre industry, including secure power and cooling systems.
• Certified in Uptime Institute or Data Centre Dynamics, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles and ability to work in multicultural, multi‑time‑zone environments.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
