Print Production & Client Relations Coordinator

About the role

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is hiring a Print Production & Client Relations Coordinator in Dubai to manage the end-to-end execution of physical branded assets. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, coordinating between internal stakeholders, international design teams and local UAE suppliers so that printed and fabricated assets are produced accurately, cost-effectively and on time. It is not a digital marketing role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full production lifecycle of printed and fabricated brand assets, from brief to delivery, including stickers, sample kits, POS materials, brochures, large format prints, branded merchandise and display assets
• Drive fast turnaround on urgent requests and time-sensitive activations, and ensure correct file handover to suppliers
• Act as the main UAE point of contact for stakeholders and clients, translating their needs into production briefs and tracking approvals and sign-offs
• Source and manage relationships with printing houses, large format suppliers, signage vendors, fabricators and carpenters, obtain quotations, negotiate prices and coordinate timelines, sampling and delivery
• Conduct in-person quality checks on samples and finished items, checking gradients, colour matching, resolution, finishing, cutting, alignment and material quality
• Create repeatable workflows for ordering, proofing and approvals, and flag production risks early

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in print production, signage production, advertising production or a similar production environment in the UAE
• Mandatory UAE driving licence
• Preferred: Hindi and/or Urdu, experience in buildings, construction or industrial sectors, and an existing network of UAE printing and fabrication suppliers

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of print materials, finishing and production workflows
• Proven supplier negotiation and quote comparison experience
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management
• High attention to detail for proofing and physical quality control
• Strong English grammar and written communication

Compensation is AED 5,000 - 10,000 per month depending on experience, with possible incentives for cost savings, delivery speed or new supplier sourcing. Candidates apply through the Talent Bridge portal; shortlisted candidates are contacted directly.
