Private Chef (Tagalog Speaker)

About the role

A VIP family in Abu Dhabi is looking for a skilled and experienced private chef who speaks Tagalog. The chef will plan and prepare high-quality daily meals, with a focus on authentic Arabic cuisine and a wide range of desserts and sweets, while keeping excellent hygiene and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the family, specializing in hot and cold Arabic dishes
• Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries and traditional sweets
• Plan weekly menus in line with the family's preferences
• Ensure food quality, taste and presentation meet high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
• Manage grocery shopping and monitor food inventory
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Accommodate special dietary requirements when needed
• Prepare meals for guests and small gatherings when required

Required profile

• Tagalog speaker (preferred)
• Proven experience as a private chef or in a high-end household or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and dessert preparation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Flexible, organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
