Process Improvement Specialist

About the role

Raqmiyat is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to analyse, redesign, and enhance business processes for its client. The role focuses on BPM, BPR, Lean, data analytics, automation and AI‑enabled improvements to simplify workflows and boost service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and redesign As‑Is and To‑Be processes using BPM, BPR, Lean and other improvement methodologies.
• Identify bottlenecks, duplication, manual activities and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, benchmarking and performance measurement.
• Lead process‑mapping and redesign workshops with owners and stakeholders.
• Identify automation, RPA, digitalisation and AI‑enabled improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, define KPIs, establish baselines and track improvement outcomes.
• Manage improvement initiatives, monitor milestones, risks and benefits, and prepare dashboards and reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in BPM, BPR, Lean or operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred experience with data/business analytics, automation, RPA, digital transformation or AI‑enabled process improvement.
