Procurement Cum Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Cum Accountant to oversee the full procurement cycle while supporting daily accounting and finance tasks. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely acquisition of goods and accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement: source suppliers, obtain quotations, issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Evaluate and negotiate with vendors on price, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Maintain supplier database and procurement documentation.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Record day‑to‑day accounting transactions, process invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations and support month‑end closing.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of combined experience in procurement and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
