Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities, ensuring that all procurement processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with business needs. This role works closely with internal teams and external suppliers to secure the right goods and services at the best value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle: vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order creation, and order tracking.
• Validate purchase requisitions and guarantee timely execution while adhering to company policies and audit standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, handling registrations, price negotiations, contract renewals and onboarding.
• Resolve non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives in partnership with Business Development Managers.
• Analyse historical data, inventory levels and forecasts to contribute to demand‑supply planning and suggest reorder points.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Business Development to align procurement with overall business requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, track pricing trends, payment status and prepare reports, dashboards and meeting materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management and supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate quotations, inventory data and market insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for supplier interactions.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and accurate record‑keeping.
