Procurement Manager for Major Offshore Project

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead procurement activities for a major ADNOC offshore project, ensuring that materials, equipment and services are sourced in line with project requirements, schedules and budgets. This senior role sits within the KBR PMC team in Abu Dhabi and works closely with ADNOC Offshore, EPC contractors and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project procurement strategies and plans, monitoring EPC contractor activities for alignment.
• Manage strategic sourcing, vendor selection, and commercial negotiations to secure critical equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with engineering, contracts, project controls and logistics to mitigate schedule risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance, maintain procurement documentation, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Extensive procurement and supply‑chain experience in the oil & gas sector, especially on offshore EPC or PMC projects.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager/Lead on major projects, preferably with ADNOC or similar entities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
