Procurement Manager - Retail Fit Out

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is hiring a Procurement Manager in Dubai to lead and manage the full procurement function for retail fit-out projects. The role covers sourcing strategy, supplier management, cost control and procurement operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to procure high-quality materials and services on time while keeping costs down and complying with company policies and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, from planning and sourcing through purchase, delivery and close-out.
• Review, approve and oversee material requisitions in line with approved project budgets and timelines.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise cost, quality, lead time and supplier performance.
• Evaluate, shortlist and manage suppliers and subcontractors, and negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times and payment terms.
• Approve and issue purchase orders and monitor procurement status from order to delivery.
• Coordinate with design, production, estimation, finance and project management teams, and identify alternative materials and suppliers.
• Oversee procurement budgets, prepare reports, forecasts and cost analyses, and submit payment requests to Finance.
• Maintain supplier databases, run supplier audits or site visits, and ensure procurement approvals follow company policy and governance.
• Support the procurement team and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role, preferably in the retail fit-out industry.
• Professional procurement certifications are an added advantage.
