Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities for WeOne’s integrated security, staffing and business support operations across the UAE. The role focuses on sourcing cost‑effective, high‑quality goods and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast demand, analyse DRFs, issue RFQs and secure compliant quotations.
• Conduct market research, price benchmarking and supplier pre‑qualification.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and contracts to achieve cost savings and improve cash flow.
• Prepare bid evaluations, tender documents and commercial recommendations using Oracle Fusion.
• Maintain the supplier database, perform performance reviews and ensure QHSE compliance.
• Coordinate site visits, risk assessments and material verification for high‑value tenders.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures and generate regular procurement reports.
• Liaise with Finance for invoice reconciliation and support inter‑departmental projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in facility management or ELV solutions.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
