About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer with hands‑on experience in Odoo ERP to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, RFQs, purchase orders and material availability for a leading automotive company in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes through Odoo ERP.
- Handle RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor bills.
- Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive/technical industry.
- Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP Procurement Module.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Based in Dubai/UAE preferred.
