Procurement Officer (UAE National)

About the role
The Procurement Officer will source reliable suppliers, obtain competitive quotations and negotiate commercial terms to ensure timely delivery of materials, products and services required by the company.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers to meet procurement needs.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial conditions.
- Prepare and process purchase orders according to approved requisitions and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor purchase orders, pending deliveries and outstanding supplier commitments.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
