Procurement & Project Sourcing Executive

About the role

The Procurement & Project Sourcing Executive will manage day‑to‑day and project‑based procurement activities, from sourcing and quotation evaluation through negotiation, supplier selection, PO/contract issuance and delivery follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage PR, RFQ, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison and negotiation.
• Handle recurring and project‑based procurement across multiple categories.
• Source and evaluate suppliers on price, quality, lead time and commercial terms.
• Prepare and coordinate purchase orders, contracts and procurement documentation.
• Follow up supplier orders, production and delivery schedules, coordinating with Logistics.
• Monitor supplier performance, procurement costs and delivery status, identifying cost‑saving opportunities and risks.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good commercial and cost‑control awareness.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is an advantage.
• Construction/project procurement experience is an advantage.
