Procurement Specialist – International Sourcing

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead supplier sourcing, negotiate commercial terms and drive cost‑saving initiatives for INIX Group’s international supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers across industrial equipment, chemicals, spare parts and raw materials.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and contract conditions to secure optimal agreements.
• Conduct market research, benchmark supplier performance and monitor service quality.
• Prepare, review and manage procurement contracts, including Incoterms, warranties and specifications.
• Maintain and develop long‑term supplier relationships, resolving issues and disputes promptly.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in international procurement, preferably within industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to negotiate with foreign suppliers and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a commercial focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Incoterms and international contract management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems and database tools.
