About the role
The Procurement Specialist will design and execute sourcing strategies that support the group’s business goals. The role focuses on driving cost efficiency, value creation, and effective supplier management across multiple spend categories.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Conduct market surveys, analyze trends, and recommend strategic sourcing actions.
- Manage spend categories such as logistics, insurance, travel, and related areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with group procurement policies through audits and regular reviews.
- Identify and lead cost‑saving initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven track record in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with procurement software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
