Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end sourcing process for all Gargash Prime entities, covering requirement definition, tendering, negotiation and purchase order issuance. The role supports every business unit centrally and operates under the Group Procurement Policy.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full sourcing cycle from approved requisition to purchase order, preparing RFQs, managing bidders and conducting commercial and technical evaluations.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery and service levels, documenting savings against baseline quotes.
• Segment spend into categories, develop sourcing strategies, maintain the contract register and monitor renewals.
• Onboard suppliers, maintain the vendor master file and verify bank details with Finance.
• Apply procurement policy, ensure compliance, produce monthly spend and savings reports, and refer non‑standard contracts to Group Legal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• At least four years of hands‑on procurement experience in the UAE market, covering multiple categories such as fleet, fit‑out, facilities or IT.
• Strong command of sourcing methodology, bid evaluation, commercial negotiation and spend analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure, uphold policy discipline and maintain meticulous documentation.
