Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for real‑estate development projects, ensuring timely acquisition of materials, equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, obtain quotations and secure competitive pricing and contract terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate procurement needs with Construction, Projects, Finance and Administration departments.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approved budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE, preferably in real‑estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, sourcing procedures and procurement practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems.
