Procurement Specialist / Senior Procurement Specialist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist or Senior Procurement Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities. The role will involve sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes from requisition through purchase order and contract award.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and conduct commercial evaluations.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders and evaluate bids.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts and related documentation.
• Monitor spend, cost‑saving initiatives and procurement KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide procurement support.
• Prepare procurement reports, market analysis and management presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience for a Procurement Specialist or 5–8+ years for a Senior Procurement Specialist.
• Strong experience in sourcing, tendering, contract management and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, vendor management and best practices.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or IFS.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
