Procurement Specialist – UAE National

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National procurement professional to join a leading Abu Dhabi‑based investment organisation. The role offers exposure to a high‑performing procurement function with opportunities to develop across multiple categories.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end procurement activities across assigned categories, including sourcing, RFQs, RFPs and supplier evaluations.
• Assist with supplier selection, negotiation, onboarding and the preparation and management of purchase orders, contracts and related documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and with suppliers on pricing, delivery and commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records, support vendor performance management and conduct spend analysis and cost optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE National holding an Abu Dhabi Family Book.
• 1‑5 years of procurement, purchasing or sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with strong academic performance.
• Excellent communication, analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and take on responsibilities beyond a narrow scope.
