Product Management Manager – Mastercard Payment Gateway Services

About the role

The Manager, Product Management will lead the development and execution of Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) core processing products. This role works closely with global and regional product directors, market teams and functional partners to translate market needs into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own roadmap development, prioritisation and execution for defined focus areas, aligning with EEMEA and global strategic objectives.
• Design and conduct user and market research, including customer interviews, to identify pain points, motivations and growth opportunities.
• Drive go‑to‑market planning, commercialisation and adoption of new and enhanced core processing products.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Delivery and regional teams to ensure products are positioned, built, launched and scaled effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agile product management, preferably within payments, financial services or technology.
• Strong understanding of payment products, gateway services, processing platforms or fintech solutions.
• Analytical, structured and solutions‑oriented mindset with ability to develop insight‑led recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience designing, executing and synthesising user research.
• Knowledge of product management practices and tools such as market assessments, product plans, roadmaps, business cases and pricing inputs.
• Technical background (e.g., Computer Science) is advantageous.
