Product Manager – Credit Cards

About the role

The Product Manager – Credit Cards will own the end‑to‑end performance of FAB’s credit card portfolio in Dubai, driving growth, profitability and an excellent customer experience. The role is responsible for executing product strategy, launching new offerings and coordinating cross‑functional teams to keep the card proposition competitive and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver against the annual cards plan, meeting KPIs, revenue, risk and cost targets.
• Support planning and execution of the overall card product strategy.
• Manage the full product lifecycle – features, pricing, positioning and performance monitoring.
• Lead development, launch and commercialization of new card products and services.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Portfolio and Acquisitions teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance) to deliver initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and internal policy requirements.
• Develop team capability through coaching, guidance and performance management.

Required profile

• Experience in credit cards, consumer banking or retail lending, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Background in credit card acquisition, product management or sales performance management.
• Experience with pricing, campaign governance and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
