Product Manager – Digital Channels

About the role

The Product Manager (Digital Channels) will lead the strategic development and optimisation of ADNOC Distribution’s digital platforms, including web, mobile and emerging channels. This senior role drives digital product vision, ensures seamless customer experiences and delivers measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital product strategy, aligning with corporate goals and overseeing the commercial performance of digital channels.
• Develop and maintain a digital product roadmap, prioritising features based on business value, stakeholder input and market trends.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement continuous‑improvement methodologies and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data‑privacy standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, manage contracts, SLAs and vendor performance to deliver high‑quality digital solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital product management or platform operations at enterprise scale.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Proven track record of managing external relationships and delivering customer‑centric digital solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in analytics and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of customer‑experience tools (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics) and vendor‑management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, ServiceNow).
• Understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.
