Product Owner – Airline & Data (Contract)

About the role

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead data migration initiatives within the airline domain. You will act as the customer proxy, shaping product vision and ensuring delivery of high‑quality features in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple Scrum teams.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into product features.
• Validate delivered stories against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and support the product vision.
• Facilitate sprint demos and support user training during product rollouts.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Relevant Agile certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience in airline operations or aviation is highly preferred.
