Product Owner / Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our fast‑growing digital team in Abu Dhabi. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, allowing you to shape product requirements and drive Agile delivery for high‑impact digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, supporting sprint planning and delivery cycles.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, release planning and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Experience in government or digital platform projects is a plus.
• Real‑estate domain experience is highly preferred.
