Product Owner – Business Banking Digital Onboarding

About the role

This role owns the end‑to‑end digital onboarding and acquisition journeys for Business Banking customers, acting as the primary interface between business decision‑makers and delivery teams. The Product Owner drives customer acquisition outcomes by translating customer, operational, and compliance needs into a prioritized product backlog, ensuring high‑quality, compliant product increments and releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own the digital onboarding and acquisition journeys for Business Banking customers.
• Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Translate customer, operational, and compliance requirements into a prioritized product backlog.
• Enable efficient delivery of high‑quality, compliant product increments and releases.
• Strategize and implement emerging digital solutions such as Open Banking and AI for the SME segment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of business banking processes and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
