Product Owner – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. You will own digital product delivery, bridging business, technology, design and engineering teams to turn objectives into successful services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable delivery requirements.
• Prioritise features based on business value, dependencies and delivery goals.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage dependencies, risks and competing priorities across multiple teams.
• Communicate product priorities effectively to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in complex digital or technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience delivering government or public‑sector digital transformation programmes is highly desirable.
