Product Owner - Partnerships & Integrations (FinTech)

About the role

Comfi helps SMEs across the Middle East access working capital quickly through products such as invoice financing, payable financing and dealer financing. It is looking for a hands-on, AI-native Product Owner to own and develop its referral platform and partner integrations, working at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, technical implementation and ongoing development of the referral dashboard, working closely with Engineering and other product teams
• Talk regularly with referral partners to understand their needs, demonstrate new features, collect feedback and validate improvements
• Translate user needs and business goals into requirements, prototypes, tasks and acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog and roadmap
• Lead the product and technical delivery of partner integrations together with the Head of Partnerships, coordinating with partners' product and engineering teams
• Manage cross-team dependencies and guide integrations from discovery through implementation and ongoing improvement
• Use AI tools throughout the workflow: discovery, requirements gathering, prototyping, feedback analysis, task creation and collaboration with developers
• Align stakeholders around clear priorities, keep them informed of goals, milestones, progress, dependencies and risks, and support the Head of Partnerships with webinars, events and product demonstrations

Required profile

• Product management experience covering discovery, validation, roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization and technical delivery
• Experience managing complex integrations and collaborating with internal and external product and engineering teams
• Analytical mindset, empathy for the user, and strong judgment about what matters most
• Fluent English; Hindi is a plus
• Nice to have: experience with referral platforms, partner dashboards or embedded finance integrations; fintech, SME lending, BNPL or payments background; experience supporting partner webinars or product training; prior experience in the UAE or GCC market
