Product Specialist - Men's Health Supplements

About the role

Tribe Wellness Sales is looking for a Product Specialist (called a Protocol Review Specialist internally) to sell and represent its men's health supplement client, which has over a million customers. The role is fully remote, with no cap on commission, and suits highly driven self-starters who want to turn a purchase into a transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and services for the men's health client to a broad range of potential customers.
• Turn prospects into brand loyalists.
• Learn the art of selling and representing the company's ethos through close work with leadership and training resources.
• Work from home in a global remote environment using the company's communication tools.

Required profile

• Knowledge, background or genuine passion for men's health, fitness or performance nutrition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment, with frequent phone and video calls.

Required skills

• Fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working mic, camera and headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with low latency, jitter and packet loss.
• Access to the company tool kit, including Rippling and Salesforce.

What we offer

• Commission-only pay: 14%-17% of net sales (20%-25% on gross margin); each sale ranges from $250-$2,500.
• Approximately 12-15 appointments scheduled per day, more if desired.
